Partners Nick and Mike are Denver transplants from the Midwest and East Coast, but now call Colorado their permanent home. Land and Watters lend their services to a wide clientele background ranging from the design build process to custom home building to investor speculative homes. Whether our client’s project is a luxury dream home, a backyard ADU, or an infill development, Land and Watters is here to build you what you need with a focus on ground up construction.
Nick Hegland
Co-Founder
Nick attended the University of Iowa and majored in Biomedical Engineering. Nick lives in Centennial with his wife Annie, and two girls, Lily and Evelyn and son Louie.
Michael Watters
Co-Founder
Michael is a general contractor and realtor, he graduated from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University. Michael lives in Hamden Hills with his wife, Lexi, and his daughters, Linsley and Emery.
